Borno State governor, Professor Babagana Zulum, has expressed his anger and displeasure with the military command in Baga, Borno state, over what he described as their inability to repel Boko Haram terrorists operating in the area, one year after the army authorities at the Defence Headquarters established the military base.
Five persons believed mainly to be children have been killed in a suspected bomb blast in Malumfashi, Katsina state, in Nigeria's North West Zone.
Sources in the military, have confirmed at the weekend, that the driver who allegedly knocked down the NAF Flying Officer, Tolulope Arotile, is a civilian who had no valid driving license.

As the Nigerian Air Force, on Friday, said it was commencing investigating into the circumstances surrounding the death of its Flying Officer, Tolulope Arotile, in a road accident, it said two persons have already been arrested in connection with the death.
