Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has explained why his administration signed the Dig-Once Policy ifor the state on Wednesday.
In his address shortly after the official signing of the policy, governor Otti said the policy is expected to guide technology companies, construction outfits, and all other entities whose activities and business model involve excavation, laying of cables and the installation of underground utilities infrastructure and technology assets.
