The Osun State Government has said it's attention has been drawn to a threat of legal action by an Ibadan based legal practitioner, Mutalubi Ojo Adebayo, to sue the state government for non-payment of allowances owed judicial officials by the previous administrations.

The Presidential candidate of the PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has approached the Supreme Court to nullify the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court, which on Sept. 6, upheld the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as winner of the 2023 presidential election.
