Governor Bala Abdukadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has commended Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde's leadership while expressing solidarity with him over the recent abduction of schoolchildren in Oriire Local Government Area.
Leading a delegation of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) to Ibadan, Mohammed conveyed the sympathy of the party and its members to the Oyo State Government and affected families.
He assured Governor Makinde of the party's support and prayers, expressing optimism that the abducted children would return safely to their families.
The Bauchi governor further lauded Makinde's leadership record and took the opportunity to congratulate him on emerging as his party's presidential candidate ahead of the forthcoming elections.
The visit underscored growing political goodwill and support for Makinde as he grappled with one of the most challenging security incidents in the state in recent times. NNL.
