Barely 24 hours after Malam Hamza Adamu Soye's resignation as Chairman, Gombe State Sports Commission, Governor Muhammad Imuwa Yahaya, has approved the appointment of Mr. Olanre Daniel as the new chairman of the commission with immediate effect.
The Nigeria Football Federation has endorsed a proposal by its Technical and Development sub-committee for the appointment of Portuguese manager Jose Peseiro as the new head coach of the Super Eagles.
